Sarah has worked in people functions for nearly 25 years - leading large teams and wide ranging people change projects.
Her love for coaching and development led her to set up Pathways People Solutions in 2021.
Andrew is a Chartered Engineer and an experienced mentor and coach. With over 40 years' experience at a senior level in utilities -he is passionate about people development, project management and Newport Rugby!
