Müller wanted to further strengthen its operational leadership team by building stronger relationships, enhancing collaboration and developing a shared approach to leadership.
Our Approach
Working collaboratively with Women's Utilities Network and the wider delivery team, we designed and facilitated leadership development programmes that formed part of WUN's leadership development framework.
Through engaging facilitation and practical learning, we helped create a consistent, high-quality development experience, supporting women at different stages of their leadership journey.
The Impact
The programme helped leaders develop stronger relationships, build greater understanding of one another and create a shared approach that continues to strengthen the way they work together.
