The Opportunity
Womens Utilities Network wanted to create a structured development framework that would support women across the utilities sector at every stage of their careers.
Our Approach
Working in partnership with Womens Utilities Network and other specialist consultants, we designed, coordinated and facilitated a sector-wide development framework.
Alongside delivering engaging programmes, we helped shape a consistent learning experience for leaders, line managers and early career women and ensured every programme was practical, relevant and tailored to the needs of participants.
The Impact
The framework has become a cornerstone of WUN's leadership development offer, helping women build confidence, strengthen leadership capability and support long-term career development.
The programmes continue to receive consistently excellent feedback, with participants highlighting increased confidence, clearer career direction and practical learning they can apply in their roles.
