Minicam wanted to strengthen leadership capability by helping leaders explore diversity, equity and inclusion in a practical, engaging and meaningful way.
Our Approach
Working closely with Minicam, we designed and delivered a tailored leadership development programme.
Combining practical learning with open discussion, we created a welcoming environment where leaders felt comfortable contributing, challenging perspectives and learning from one another.
The Impact
The programme encouraged leaders to think differently, explore new perspectives and leave with practical tools they could immediately apply in their day-to-day roles. It also helped build confidence to lead more inclusive conversations across the business.
